System & Network Administrator

Main responsibilities :

- Managing, maintaining & troubleshooting all associated with System, Hardware, Software, Servers, PCs, Database, LAN and PABX.
- Setting up and implementing new software as required.
- Training users how to use systems correctly.
- Liase with Systems / Hardware vendors.

Technical Requirements :

A. Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in :
- Microsoft XP / Vista.
- Microsoft Windows Server.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
- LAN Setup and troubleshoot.
- Microsoft Office 2007.
- Software and Hardware (printer,Notebook,Networking) troubleshooting.

B. Hold Microsoft Certification (MCSDST,MCSA,MCSE) would be advantage.


General Requirements :

- Min 3 years experiences in the same position.
- S1 degree in IT / Computer Science.
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Self motivated, independent, creative, adaptable and assertive.
- Able to work independently or as a part in team.
- Possesses strong communication, negotiation skills and client-oriented.
- Must have a superior understanding of Microsoft products and proficient in Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to demonstrate strong client focus to deliver excellent service to clients, investigating and taking action to meet clients’ current and future needs.
- Ability to work with people with diverse cultures and thinking.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and committed to deliver results.
