AM EMPLOYEE RELATIONS REGION I
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
- The jobholder is responsible to assist ER Manager in providing solid advise/execution (minor case) based on through investigation, labour law compliance and analysis on risk management on Staff Issues, support ER Manager in maintain relations with HSBC Union and government officials
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- Has experience in delivering presentation, influencing skill, high mobility to engage investigation within specific region and extensive database management
- Strong in dealing Labour Issues, ie: staff dispute/case, Union relations and management.
- Solid knowledge of Labour Law, process networking with Depnaker, Disnaker and Labour court process and officials.
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity
