• Provide First Level Support to customer.
• Ensure all infrastructures, equipment, and applications are working properly.
• Provide Data Search & Analysis for management and customer.

Requirements:

• Technical Requirement :
  • Solid experiences in Unix, Windows server 200x, Windows XP.
  • Solid experiences in Oracle SQL.
  • Strong Unix administration & troubleshooting skill (Sun Solaris & Linux).
  • Solid experience in network and security.
  • Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Server/WAN infrastructure.
  • Ability in web application development is a plus.
• Personal Attribute :
  • Minimum D3 – Informatika
  • At least 4 years experiences in similar positions.
  • Willing to work odd hours.
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
